Is the payment safe?

Yes! All payments on happycampers.no are processed through a secure and encrypted payment system.
Your card details are protected according to international standards, and we never store any payment information ourselves.
You can pay safely using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking, but cancellation fees may apply depending on how close it is to your pick-up date.

What is required to rent a camper?

To rent a camper, you need to:

  • Be at least 23 years old
  • Hold a valid driver’s license (class B)
  • Provide a security deposit before pick-up

For international drivers:
If your license is not issued in the EU/EEA, you may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP).
You must bring your passport or national ID for identification at pickup.

You’ll also need to agree to our rental terms and return the camper in clean condition.

Do I need a credit card?

Yes. A valid credit or debit card is required to complete your booking and to place the security deposit.
All payments are handled securely through our online booking system.

What shall I do if I have a problem with the car?

If you experience any issues with the camper during your trip, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’re here to help and will do our best to find a quick solution, whether it’s a technical problem, a warning light, or something that doesn’t seem right.

The campers are fully insured, and roadside assistance is included.
If needed, just get in touch with us and we’ll contact the right service on your behalf.

In case of an accident or serious breakdown, always call emergency services first, and then notify us right away.
You’ll receive all contact info and instructions when you pick up the van.
